Security: The server was unable to acquire a license for a SSL connection. Security: The server was unable to read the file due a to lack of access permissions. Unexpected core service failure: A failure occurred while initializing the configuration manager for the World Wide Web Publishing Service. Unexpected core service failure: A failure occurred while opening the HTTP control channel for the World Wide Web Publishing Service. Unexpected core service failure: During recovery the World Wide Web Publishing Service failed to complete all recovery operations successfully. Unexpected core service failure: Inetinfo terminated unexpectedly and the system was not configured to restart IIS Admin. Unexpected core service failure: The World Wide Web Publishing Service has terminated due to a Worker process failure. Unexpected core service failure: The World Wide Web Publishing Service is exiting due to an error.
