The WWW Publishing Service failed to create the application pool.

Resolutions

To resolve this issue execute the following steps:

Stop and restart the Web Server (W3SVC) service using the Internet Information Services Manager. This can be accessed by using the following task:

Start Computer Management Console

If that doesn’t resolve the issue, delete and re-create the application pool.
