Summary

This Baseline Monitor creates baseline performance data for the Active Server Pages\Request Wait Time performance counter.

The Active Server Pages\Request Wait Time performance counter exposes the number of milliseconds the most recent request was waiting in the queue. When this counter deviates from the normal operational baseline, it may indicate an undesirable performance state.
