Causes

Unable to register the site’s IP address because too many listening ports have already been configured in HTTP.sys.

Resolutions

To resolve this issue execute the following steps:

Either reduce the number of IP addresses in the IP inclusion list or bind the site to one of the accepted IP addresses in the inclusion list.

Querying the IP Inclusion List:

HTTPCFG.exe query iplisten

Deleting an IP address from the IP Inclusion List:

HTTPCFG.exe delete iplisten -i

Once the issue is resolved restart the Web site using the Start Web Site task:
