The worker process serving the application pool reported a failure and has been shutdown.

Sample Event:

A process serving application pool ''%1'' reported a failure. The process id was ''%2''. The data field contains the error number.

Causes

The worker process reported a bad HRESULT to the WWW Publishing Service.

Resolutions

If this happens repeatedly, it could lead to Rapid Fail Protection. If the pool goes into Rapid Fail Protection, you must manually restart it.
