Summary

The total number of SoH Responses where the client health state could not be validated has exceeded the standard operational threshold.

Causes

The client's site was not known to the System Health Validator point.

The System Health Validator can match this condition to either unhealthy or healthy depending on the configuration on the Network Policy Server. By default it is configured to unhealthy.

Resolutions

If the client is part of a site that the SHV should know about, ensure that AD has the site’s information published. This could be a latency between a new site writing its data to AD, and before that data gets to SHV, clients assigned to that site reporting compliance information to the SHV.
