Summary

The total number of SoH Responses where the client was not compliant has exceeded the standard operational threshold.

Causes

This occurs when one of these situations apply:

  • The client has returned a non-compliant status because it does not have applicable software updates on the Effective Date defined in its site SMS NAP policies.

  • Although the client reported it was compliant, the client did not use up to date SMS NAP policies.

  • Although the client reported it was compliant, the statement of health is not within the configured validity period.

  • Although the client reported it was compliant, the statement of health is older than the setting "Date created must be after".

Resolutions

No action required.
