Summary

Total number of statement of health responses where the client was non-compliant because the client compliance information was older than the health state reference has exceeded the standard operational threshold.

The client health state reference is older than the Site’s health state reference.

Causes

This occurs when the client's health state reference is older than the site’s health state reference. The System Health Validator point will give a client in this condition an unhealthy health state and send an instruction to the client so it can download the latest SMS NAP policies and re-evaluate its compliance.

Resolutions

No action required.

The client will get the latest SMS NAP policy from the management point.
