Summary

Total number of statement of health responses where the client SoH was missing the compliance information has exceeded the standard operational threshold.

Client compliance information is missing.

Causes

This occurs when the Network Access Protection client agent is enabled, but the computer has not yet downloaded the site SMS NAP policies. This will always occur with new clients. The System Health Validator point will give a client in this condition a healthy health state so that it can locate its site and management point to download NAP policies and assess its compliance.

Resolutions

No action required.

The client will eventually download the NAP policy with the right cookie.
