Summary

Active Directory® directory service replication detected a missing parent object for an outgoing object in this directory partition. An attempt to move the orphaned object to the LostAndFound container has failed. As a result, the object was skipped for outbound replication.

Sample Event:

Active Directory replication detected a missing parent object for the following outgoing object in this directory partition. An attempt to move the orphaned object to the LostAndFound container failed.

As a result, the object was skipped for outbound replication.

This erroneous condition occurs when a parent object is deleted and sent to garbage collection when it still has active child objects. As a result, the orphaned object is moved to the LostAndFound container.

This condition occurs when a parent object that still has active child objects is deleted and sent to garbage collection. As a result, the orphaned object is moved to the LostAndFound container.
