Exchange 2013: Mailbox statistics collection Rule

  • Description:  This rule collects information about mailboxes. Only mailboxes that are hosted by the given server will be processed. Mailboxes that have no statistics information (size, number of items, etc.) will be skipped.

Overridable Parameters

Interval (seconds) 43200 The recurring interval of time in seconds in which to run the workflow.
Timeout (seconds) 900 Specifies the time the workflow is allowed to run before being closed and marked as failed.
Number of mailboxes per property bag 1000 This parameter sets how many mailbox statistics records should be placed into a single property bag. Try to increase this number if you experience the growth of SCOM send queue.
Synchronization Time   The synchronization time specified by using a 24-hour format. May be omitted.
