The remote agent installation failed to complete and there were no agent management log files.
This may occur when the Management Server fails to install the agent and the Management Server was not able to pull back the agent management installation logs.
Find and fix errors.
Open the event log on the target computer where you were attempting to remotely install the agent.
Look in the Application and Security event log for errors that may indicate why the Management Server was not able to remotely install the agent.
Fix the errors that you find in the log file.
You may also need to check the Management Server Application and Security event log.
