The Management Server failed to perform an operation on a remote computer.
This alert can be caused by:
A specific alert for an agent installation failure (for example; Windows Installer service is not running)
An unknown or generic error
Check installation logs in the Management Server install directory. There is a folder for failed agent installations. These logs may provide enough information to determine what failed. These logs are located in the Agent Management\Agent Logs sub directory of the installation folder. Example using the default installation paths:

Open the event log on the target computer where you were attempting to remotely install the agent.
Look in the Application and Security event log for any errors that may indicate why the Management Server was not able to remotely install the agent.
You may also need to check the Management Server Application and Security event log.
