The operation timed out when attempting to remotely install the agent.
This can happen when the target computer is low on available system resources (for example; CPU, memory, Disk I/O).
Check the target computer to see if any other process is consuming a large amount of CPU or memory.
If there is nothing that seems to be consuming the CPU or memory, open Performance Monitor and check for Physical Disk\% Idle Time. If this is below 10% for a long period of time, there may be some other process thrashing the physical disk.
Retry to remotely install the agent when the target computer is not so busy.
